How we care for your information.

When you submit a tour request, talk to our assistant MILA, or fill out a form on this site, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, email, phone number, the model you're interested in (Gaudí, Gracia, or Casa Milà), your preferred visit window, and any context you write in a free-text field.

We also collect information your browser sends automatically: IP address (stored as a one-way hash, not in raw form), referring URL, user agent, language preference, and the marketing campaign that brought you here (UTM parameters). We use these to understand what's working and to improve the site.

We use your information to do three things, in this order:

1. Reach out to you. Alex Barron, the agent behind Innovate Homes, will email or text you to coordinate your visit, answer questions, and walk you through the financing options that fit your situation. Response window is normally under 24 hours.
2. Send you occasional updates about Barcelona Estates — new model availability, financing promotions, and community milestones. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and we honor it immediately.
3. Improve our service. Aggregate data (which pages visitors read, which models get the most interest, which questions MILA gets asked most) shapes what we build next.

We don't use your information for credit decisions, automated profiling, or any purpose unrelated to helping you buy a home from Innovate Homes.

We use the Meta Pixel (a small JavaScript snippet from Meta / Facebook) and the Meta Conversions API (a server-side complement) to measure which marketing campaigns lead to visits, calls, and tour requests. When you submit a form, we send a hashed copy of your email and phone to Meta so that — if you're also a Facebook or Instagram user — we can attribute the conversion to the right ad. Meta only ever sees the hash, never your raw email or phone in cleartext.

We also use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure page performance, and Sentry to detect errors. None of these tools sell your data.

If you don't want Meta to receive your hashed contact data, you can disable interest-based ads in your Facebook account settings, or use a browser-level tracking blocker. The site will work either way.

We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share information only with service providers that help us run the site (Supabase for the lead database, Resend for transactional emails, Vercel for hosting, Sentry for error monitoring) and only the minimum each one needs to do its job. Each of those providers is contractually bound to confidentiality and to use the data only on our behalf.

We may disclose information when required by law (subpoena, court order) or to protect rights, property, or safety. That has never happened, and we will tell you if it does, unless legally prohibited.

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• Tell you exactly what information we have about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete your record entirely.
• Stop sending you marketing emails (also doable via the unsubscribe link in any email).

Email abarron@innovate.homes with the subject line "Privacy request" and we'll act within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the request through the same email we have on file, to prevent someone else from impersonating you.

Innovate Homes housing services follow the U.S. Fair Housing Act; we do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin in our advertising, sales, or financing referrals.

We keep your lead record as long as the relationship is active — typically, from your first contact until 24 months after the last interaction. After that, we either delete it or anonymize it for aggregate analytics. Records connected to a closed purchase are retained for 7 years to comply with Texas real estate recordkeeping requirements.

We use a small number of cookies for essential functions (remembering your language preference, keeping you logged in to the Command Center if you're Alex or part of the team, and securing forms against cross-site request forgery). The Meta Pixel sets its own cookies in your browser for the attribution flow described above. You can block any of these in your browser settings; the site remains usable.

We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top reflects the last revision. Material changes get a banner on the homepage for at least 14 days before they take effect. If you've given us your email, we'll also let you know.
